General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jw388 (" the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jw388 website at https://jw388.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, cashier functions, and promotional offers available therein.

Account Registration & Obligations

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

2. Deposit Fees: jw388 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which jw388 accepts no responsibility.
3. Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your jw388 balance instantly in the majority of cases. Delays caused by the payment provider's network are outside jw388's control.
4. Own Payment Methods Only: You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be returned and the associated account reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawals

1. KYC Requirement: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed above the stated minimum KYC threshold. jw388 may request additional documentation at any time as part of its ongoing due diligence obligations.
2. Withdrawal Processing: jw388 targets same-day processing for approved withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours. Processing times may be affected by bank or mobile wallet provider constraints outside jw388's control.
3. Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the jw388 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
4. Bonus Balance: Funds derived from active, uncleared bonus balances are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed as described in Section 5.
5. Right to Review: jw388 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending completion of security or identity checks. Players will be notified of any delay and provided with a reason where possible.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated on the individual promotion page.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player must meet all eligibility criteria stated in the offer — including minimum deposit amount, eligible payment method, and account age — to qualify for any promotion.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly on the promotion page and in the bonus confirmation notification sent to the player.
3. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Slots may contribute 100% of each bet placed; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. 4. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated for each offer. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

6. Abuse Prevention: jw388 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any player account, where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — including by registering multiple accounts, using bots or automated tools, or exploiting a technical error in the platform.
7. Modification of Offers: jw388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time the change is implemented.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on jw388 are subject to the specific rules governing each game type, as published in the relevant game's rules section or the sports betting help centre. The following general rules apply across all products on the platform.

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until jw388's system has accepted and recorded it. A bet confirmation notification will be displayed on screen and logged in the player's bet history. In the event of a technical fault occurring during bet placement, the incomplete bet will be void and any staked funds returned to the player's balance.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game, event, player account level, or promotional period.
3. Obvious Errors: If a game outcome, odds price, or pay table is published due to an obvious software error or human mistake, jw388 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore staked funds to the player. This applies even after a payout has been made if the error is discovered subsequently.
4. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited on jw388: using automated betting scripts or bots; exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain; collusion with other players; match fixing or use of insider information; any form of fraudulent payment activity; and multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
5. Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or crash game, the platform will resolve the round according to its standard disconnection policy. For crash games, an auto cash-out at the player's pre-set value will be applied where possible. Details are available in the individual game rules.
6. Sports Betting: Cricket and other sports betting markets are governed by jw388's Sports Betting Rules, available in the sports section of the platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended by jw388 at any time during an event without notice.

jw388's games are provided by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate under the provider's own certified RNG system. jw388 does not modify game logic, pay tables, or RTP settings from those certified by the provider.

Account Suspension & Closure

jw388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply.

1. Breach of Terms: The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, multi-accounting, or engaging in prohibited activities under Section 6.
2. Fraudulent Activity: The player's account is associated with fraudulent payment activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud against jw388 or its payment providers.
3. Underage Gambling: The player is found to be under 18 years of age. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately, all transactions voided, and net deposits returned to the original payment source after deducting any costs incurred by jw388 in investigating the matter.
4. Money Laundering Suspicion: jw388 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. jw388 may freeze the account pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities as required.
5. Duplicate Account: The account is identified as a duplicate of an existing jw388 account. Both accounts will be reviewed; bonuses obtained via the duplicate will be voided.
6. Player-Requested Closure: The player requests account closure voluntarily, including for responsible gaming reasons. Players who wish to close their account should contact [email protected]. Real money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to applicable checks.

Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error are encouraged to contact jw388 support at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the closure. jw388 will review the matter and respond with a decision within 10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

jw388 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jw388 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates correctly, reliably, and securely at all times, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors.

1. Service Interruptions: jw388 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures (including payment provider outages) that are outside jw388's reasonable control.
2. Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds, or an incorrect credit to a player's account, jw388 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly. Players should not rely on funds resulting from obvious technical errors.
3. Gambling Losses: jw388 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of gambling activity on the platform. Gambling involves risk; by choosing to play for real money, you accept that losses are possible and that jw388 is not responsible for those losses.
4. Third-Party Content: jw388's games are provided by third-party studios. jw388 is not responsible for errors in game logic, pay tables, or RNG certification that originate within the provider's software, beyond taking reasonable steps to ensure providers are reputable and independently certified.
5. Force Majeure: jw388 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.
6. Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jw388's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jw388's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jw388's own gross negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
